AGPL Sets Record In Urea Discharge

Visakhaatnam: Adani Gangavaram Port Limited (AGPL) on Monday set a new record for urea discharge, successfully offloading 19,199 MTs of urea from MV Altus within its first 24 hours of berthing.

This achievement underscores the port's commitment to operational excellence and efficient car-go handling, according to a release.

The record-breaking discharge was made possible through the strategic utilisation of mobile harbour cranes, hoppers, and warehouses.

The port's continuous investments in infrastructure and technology, coupled with a strong focus on safe and efficient operations, have been instrumental in achieving this milestone, the release stated.
